1) Excellent communication and presentation skills
2) Excellent logical and analytical skills
3) Ability to lead web development team and handle pressure, plan to complete fast and meet deadlines
4) Problem Solving, Decision making and Change management abilities
5) Manage multiple projects
6) Interact with customer for requirements gathering, issues and changes if required.
7) Experienced PHP programmers having exposure in PHP, Linux/ MYSQL with knowledge on open source software.
8) Sound knowledge of PHP5 and MySQL5.
9) Sound knowledge in CSS, XML, Advanced JavaScript, & XHTML
