Job Description:

We are recruiting a PHP developer (with CodeIgniter experience) to develop, maintain and enhance the back end of our application servicing our branded mobile apps. You will be responsible for designing and building a highly scalable, extensible, and maintainable backend layer that is used by a large number of concurrent users globally. You will work in a highly agile environment and collaborate with a global team of engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or similar engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years in Object Oriented PHP development, CodeIgniter knowledge is a must
  • Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and patterns.
  • Fully experienced with LAMP stack.
  • Experience with PHPUnit is a plus.
  • Experience and desire to work within a Agile, fast-paced, iterative development environment.

In addition to the above, we fully run on Amazon Web Services and is using a variety of AWS services like S3, SQS, SES, etc. Experience with these technologies is a plus.
