Location: Kolkata,West Bengal,India
- Be engaged in complete SDLC
- Write clean and crisp software using LAMP stack
- Use LAMP frameworks like Zend, YII, Symphony, CodeIgnitor (any one)
- Can hack and code modules in Magento, Drupal (any one)
- Write / Use re-usable code + knowledgebase! (in short - share knowledge)
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements
- Ensure that the work that is delivered brings pride to the company (and yourself)
- Introduce / train team members (if you get time after doing all the above) in new technologies, methodologies in order to deliver better projects (correction: make this mandatory job description)
Note: The opportunity is in both Chennai and Kolkata delivery centers. We are also hiring for our upcoming Product Division called Indus Net Labs. Kindly mention your preference while applying.
- Must be able to code in Zend, YII, Symphony, CodeIgnitor (any one)

- Should be a fantastic communicator, tough taskmaster and no-nonsense, no-excuse guy
- Must be a team player - i.e. ability to motivate the team to deliver the project at hand under stressful circumstances
- Should be able to pick new technologies, new methodologies
- Should have an absolute eye for detail
- Should feel for clients (we call it empathy)
- Should understand business (and have an interest in doing so!)
