Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects in alignment with PMO standards, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Apply established PMO methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across projects
- Manage project planning activities, including:
- Defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans
- Oversee project execution, including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present regular status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and lessons-learned sessions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and tools
- Coordinate PMO communications and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities
What you bring in:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles
- Proven experience with Microsoft products - ADO, M365, Ms Project
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, applying PMO standards and governance
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies
- Collaborative approach and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- German language skills are highly desired and considered a plus
