Job Summary:
The Population Health Coordinator- Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media is responsible for the development of innovative social media, promotional design, and content strategies that support awareness and engagement of The Shirvan Family Live Well Center and Population Health’s new and existing programs. This position supports the overall efforts and strategic vision of the department. This individual has the capability to successfully deliver multi-disciplinary work including strategy, marketing, copywriting, graphic design and a social media strategy and presence. The role will also involve filming and editing on-site programming at the Live Well Center. The Coordinator must be able to present design rationale and advocate for their work while remaining open to inputs and alternative perspectives. The ability to clearly articulate the vision, in both verbal and visual means, is critical to the success in this role. 

The Coordinator provides, as needed, front-line support for the Live Well Center team, including day to day program support and front desk operations. The coordinator will be responsible for specific administrative tasks including knowledge for collecting, organizing, and summarizing information/data and providing presentations.

Job Essentials: 

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Community Health, Public Health, or health related field
  • 1-3 years of experience with Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media required
  • Digital tool competencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstration of cultural awareness
  • Demonstration of professional excellence
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Current driver’s license required and access to a vehicle
  • Bilingual Spanish an asset
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary projects

 


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. 
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $30.00/hour
