Job Description

Practice Group Coordinator

Founders Advisors is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Practice Group Coordinator to support the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless execution across administrative operations, events, marketing initiatives, and CRM management.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and demonstrates a high level of initiative. This individual will play a key role in supporting relationship-building efforts across the firm and helping drive execution excellence in our business development strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships and Business Development team as needed
  • Calendar Management - Coordinate and manage day-to-day scheduling, including internal meetings and external guest visits
  • Support travel planning and logistics for team members
  • Support in monthly expense report completion
  • Manage inventory of business development items and coordinate mailings as needed

Event Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of business development events from concept through completion
  • Support all aspects of event coordination, including registration, logistics, invitations, budget tracking, communication, and vendor management
  • Maintain event tracking systems and ensure checklist completion for all events

Marketing Support (Dependent on Experience)

  • Provide ad hoc marketing support aligned with business development initiatives
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including event flyers, LinkedIn graphics, and other branded assets
  • Support website updates, including posting deal announcements, market insights, and firm news
  • Assist with website and landing page creation for events and strategic initiatives
    Provide video support for firm initiatives (e.g., event recaps, annual/holiday videos, promotional videos, etc.), depending on skillset
  • Support the creation and updating of presentations, ensuring alignment with firm brand standards

CRM & Systems Management

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems
  • Maintain internal databases with a high level of precision and organization
  • Assist in monthly reporting for relationship partners
  • Support business development email campaigns and outreach efforts
