Practice Solution Manager – Vision Care (Norway)

As a Practice Solution Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic optical retail accounts in Norway. Your mission will be to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and accelerate contact lens adoption, ultimately driving growth for both our customers and Alcon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, identifying growth opportunities across the full customer journey (awareness, conversion, retention, subscription)
  • Analyze store performance and customer flows to identify barriers to contact lens adoption and define actionable improvement plans
  • Drive implementation of customer journey optimization initiatives with store teams, ensuring measurable commercial impact
  • Influence and challenge store managers, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and FOH (Front of house) to adopt best practices
  • Deliver tailored training and coaching to improve both clinical confidence and commercial effectiveness
  • Plan and execute high-impact activations linked to clear commercial objectives

  • Increased contact lens penetration across assigned accounts
  • Improved conversion from eye exam to contact lens fitting
  • Higher retention and repurchase rates
  • Growth in Alcon market share and subscription enrolment
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in optical retail or client-facing commercial role
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioral change
  • Experience with customer journey optimization or category growth is an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
