Role description:
What you will do:
- Design electrical systems for buildings, including lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution (up to 1kV), fire detection, security and CCTV systems.
- Produce engineering designs and documentation using calculations, 3D/BIM modelling, diagrams and detailed execution drawings.
- Plan and deliver electrical project scope, including budgets, resources, schedules and coordination with other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, applicable codes, safety, sustainability and energy efficiency regulations.
- Participate in design and client meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement and mentoring of junior engineers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Low Voltage / Building Services) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in building electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical standards, regulations and electrical systems (power, lighting, grounding, lightning protection).
- Experience with these sectors: Datacenters, Industrial, Semiconductors, Healthcare, Cleanrooms, Retail, Office, Residential.
- Proficiency in design and calculation software (e.g. AutoCAD and relevant calculation tools); BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with a clear technical and quality focus.
- Good to advanced English communication skills, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow professionally and mentor junior engineers.

The annual salary range for this position is 180,900 - 271,000 RON.
