Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

Lead what’s next in pricing at AT&T Business. This is a pivotal opportunity to help modernize how pricing decisions are made, automated, and scaled across the business. You’ll help turn AI-enabled pricing, advanced analytics, and next-generation platforms into practical capabilities that improve speed, accuracy, adoption, and commercial impact.

AT&T Business is changing the way we price, using automation, advanced analytics, and AI to make pricing faster, smarter, and easier to scale. We’re looking for a Principal Program/Project Manager to help lead key initiatives within the NextGen Pricing Program.

In this role, you’ll help move important pricing capabilities from strategy to execution, including pricing recommendations, algorithm-based models, sales enablement tools, decision-support analytics, and platform enhancements. You’ll work closely with leaders across pricing, technology, data science, sales operations, and vendor teams to help deliver more intelligent, automated pricing at scale. This role offers direct visibility with senior leaders and the opportunity to shape one of AT&T Business’ most strategic commercial transformation programs.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll help bring the right people together, keep the work moving, and turn big pricing strategies into real business outcomes. The successful candidate will:

Turn Strategy into Momentum

  • Own execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives on the NextGen Pricing technology roadmap.

  • Deliver capabilities that improve pricing speed, accuracy, automation, and decision quality.

  • Bring business, technology, analytics, and data science teams together to improve pricing outcomes.

  • Own the integrated technology plan, key milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive updates.

  • Keep teams focused on business value, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Shape the Roadmap. Drive the Portfolio.

  • Maintain a clear technology roadmap across pricing, data, sales activation, and technology initiatives.

  • Lead work across pricing strategy, ATS, CDO, data engineering, product, and vendor teams.

  • Drive initiatives that improve pricing accuracy, speed, and scale.

Build the Future of AT&T Business Pricing

  • Shape the future state for pricing tools, decision support, and scalable operating processes.

  • Build operating models, governance, and processes for advanced pricing capabilities.

  • Drive readiness, adoption, and change management for new tools and experiences.

  • Translate business objectives into executable initiatives that deliver measurable financial and operational results.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • High-impact work: Help shape how AT&T Business modernizes pricing, improves decision-making, and delivers measurable business value.

  • Innovation at scale: Work on AI, advanced analytics, pricing algorithms, and commercial technology transformation.

  • Executive visibility: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on one of the company’s most strategic pricing programs.

  • Broad growth opportunity: Build experience across enterprise transformation, AI-enabled commercial capabilities, and executive-level program leadership within a strategic AT&T Business initiative.

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe certification required.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Conga, or similar commercial technology platforms.

  • Experience managing pricing systems, pricing engines, revenue management platforms, or commercial transformation initiatives.

  • Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, predictive analytics, machine learning, or algorithm-driven decisioning platforms.

  • Knowledge of SDLC, product delivery frameworks, enterprise technology transformation, and structured change management.

  • Commercial pricing experience strongly preferred.
