Full-Stack Engineering & Architecture

• Leads end-to-end full-stack solutions using React and .NET for scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Architects component-based front-end systems and secure back-end APIs.
• Enforces clean architecture, domain-driven design, and contract-first APIs.
• Leads design reviews and mentors' engineers across full-stack disciplines.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors engineers.
• Influences architecture and engineering standards.
• Communicates effectively across stakeholders.

Required For This Opportunity

Front-End Engineering (React)

• Expert in React (hooks, functional components, state management, routing).
• Establishes responsive, accessible UI standards and reusable component libraries.
• Optimizes performance using lazy loading, memorization, and efficient API calls.

Back-End & API Engineering (.NET)

• Expert in C# and .NET Core for enterprise-grade APIs and microservices.
• Designs event-driven systems and scalable integration services.
• Ensures reliability, observability, and high performance.

Cloud & DevOps (Azure)

• Advanced Azure experience: AKS, APIM, Key Vault, Service Bus, Blob Storage.
• Builds CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Leads containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

Security & Identity

• Expert in OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implements Zero Trust and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Drives secure SDLC and vulnerability management.

Testing & Quality Engineering

• Defines full-stack testing strategies including UI and API layers.
• Implements automated testing frameworks and CI quality gates.
• Promotes testability and observability.

Enterprise Delivery & Governance

• Owns end-to-end architecture and delivery.
• Defines engineering standards and governance.
• Drives DevOps and agile delivery practices.
