Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Submittal Tracking (Supplier Docs & Approvals)
Responsibilities:
- Create Submittal folder in client system
- Manage submittal tracking with supplier follow up to maintain document compliance
- Collecting technical documents (drawings specs etc.) and routing for approval via client Procurement tool.
- Track submittal status and ensure all required documents are received and compliant.
- Ensures documentation compliance and proper record-keeping.
- Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
- Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
- Need to have all Job aids standard email response templates training guides & other assisting materials in place to support the queries from business users
