Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to enhance speed, accuracy, customer, broker, employee experience. This role plays a key part in driving automation, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making within our organization. The candidate will also be managing stream within transformation program which requires PMO or project management skills Key Responsibilities: Uncover and clarify business activities & needs and actively drive the discussions about processes with the business Design end-to-end processes and align processes to customer, broker and employee journeys. Map the current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes using Business Process Modeling techniques, ensuring coherence and efficiency. Identify process innovation, optimizations, simplification and automation opportunities in a transversal mindset. Focus on process coherence and redesign processes for speed, efficiency, and customer experience. Gather and analyze process performance metrics such as cycle times, error rates, straight-to-process (STP) rates, and rework. Define data collection requirements to measure process performance, leveraging process mining, dashboards, and data analysis tools. Collaborate with business, compliance, security, and data teams to ensure processes meet regulatory and Group & local organizational requirements. Facilitate stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in process analysis, engineering, or related fields. Strong knowledge of BPMN, process modeling, and process mapping tools. Analytical skills with proficiency in process metrics, data analysis, and process mining. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex activities into clear end-to-end process flows. Experience with process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies. You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, you understand and speak the other language at B2 level, and you have at least B1 level proficiency in English.
