The Impact You'll Make

Are you ready to shape the future of manufacturing? In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology like robotics, advanced MES systems, and motion control to build the next generation of hydraulic pumps and motors. You won't just be maintaining systems; you'll be actively improving them.

This is your chance to be a hands-on problem-solver on the factory floor. You will analyze data, redesign processes, and collaborate with our production teams to make our operations more efficient, safe, and effective. Your expertise will directly influence how we build the products that power industries around the world.

At Danfoss, you are empowered to make timely decisions and drive continuous improvement. If you are passionate about using technology to solve complex challenges and want to see your work make a tangible difference, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Implement and optimize our advanced manufacturing technology, including robotics, vision systems, and DC electric tools.
  • Enhance efficiency by improving workplace design, process flow, and equipment layouts on our assembly and test lines.
  • Act as a key technical resource, analyzing production data and collaborating with shop floor personnel to solve tooling and process challenges.
  • Lead projects to improve current manufacturing methods, driving cost reductions and boosting product quality.
  • Champion a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all processes meet our high standards and contribute to a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering or Technology; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
  • A logical and practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex situations objectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively from the plant floor to management.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like 401k, annual bonus, paid vacation, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
