Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer 工艺工程师 located in Suzhou MCi.
What a typical day looks like:
- The training and implementation of new or modified processes towards operators.
- 对操作员进行新的或修改的成型工艺的培训和实施。
- Start up processes according to the defined process setting and procedures.
- 根据定义的流程设置和程序启动流程。
- Continuous improvement of the processes with respect to quality, quantity, costs, ergonomics and safety.

- Responsible for production quality according the applicable procedures.

- Report and visualize performance criteria to production manager and organisation.

- Dealing with customer complaints, internal / external, and initiating and implementing corrective actions to improve using 8D techniques

- Report and arrange documentation of process according to ISO/TS 16949.

- Development of reliable processes

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant working experience as Process Engineer

- Strong internal issue-tracking ability, closely drive to improvements

- Proactive and assertive in following up and pushing for resolution
