  • Implement approved mill setup adjustments, including primary data (PDI) modifications within established operating limits, to maintain process stability and product quality.
  • Review upcoming production schedules to identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support Process Models and Quality teams through process analysis, operational feedback, technical investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Execute, monitor, and evaluate process trials while communicating results and operational observations.
  • Develop technical reports, trend analyses, and performance summaries supporting operational and engineering decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary operational owner of process monitoring systems by identifying abnormal conditions, validating system outputs, and recommending enhancements that improve process visibility and decision-making.
  • Support Level 2 models, MES, and related production systems by monitoring performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating technical resolution.
  • Develop engineering documentation, change notices, and technical recommendations supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide first-line technical support for Process Control & Automation systems and coordinate with Operations, Automation, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve process-related issues.
