Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour (DOE)

Requirements
What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the center of operational excellence. You'll analyze manufacturing processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality, and performance.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with cross-functional teams, and seeing your ideas come to life on the production floor, this role is for you.
In This Role, You Will:
- Identify and eliminate waste throughout manufacturing operations.
- Create Standard Work Plans (SWPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and visual work instructions.
- Design and implement mistake-proofing solutions that reduce defects and improve quality.
- Develop Point-of-Use (POU) systems and workplace organization tools.
- Conduct time studies, data analysis, and design of experiments.
- Create process maps, project plans, and action tracking tools.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including:
- TAKT Time
- Cycle Time
- Pull Production
- Kanban Systems
- Visual Controls
- Ability to create process maps, workflows, and system diagrams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Visio.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Preferred
- 2+ years of Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
- Experience with aerospace drawings and specifications.
- Experience working with CNC machining operations, preferably in metal manufacturing.
Physical Requirements
- Correctable vision to 20/20.
- Normal or correctable hearing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently or with assistance.
