- Plan and Coordinate all Process Engineering and Process Control Engineering functions in the Process Engineering Department to serve as the centralized source of expertise; while ensuring compliance with Company strategies, commitments and goals.
- Coordinate and provide specialized technical support in Process & Process Control engineering to Ruwais and Abu Dhabi Refineries, Major Projects Division, Corporate Support Division and other company Divisions.
- Also provide Process and Process Control Engineering Support to Execution of Minor projects from FEED through EPC to Commissioning and final acceptance, in the Engineering and Technical Support division.
Skills
- University Degree in the Chemical Engineering & Equivalent.
- 15 Years experience in refining and oil & gas related fields of which 5 years in a supervisory position.
- A broad technical and managerial knowledge base, coupled with multi-disciplinary depth of skills in Process Engineering.
- A high degree of original thinking, judgement, critical analysis, and problem solving ability.
- Capacity to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Strong written and oral skills to effectively articulate ideas to team members and contractors from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Excellent communications and Management skill.
- Excellent leadership and Team building skills.
- High level of competency in use of computers.
- Job Grade Level: 16
