Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer the Process Engineering Technician will be responsible for keeping the production line running.

Shift – E Shift 6:00am-6:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday)

What a typical day looks like:

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Performs set‑up of processing equipment.

  • Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.

  • Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

  • Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

  • Line change configuration.

  • Performs corrective maintenance.

  • Follows escalation procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

  • Associate degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years of related experience in Manufacturing.

  • Demonstrates functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.

  • Leadership experience

  • Automated equipment work (Preferred)
