Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live environment.
- Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to developed agenda/timelines and content flow and accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
- In accordance with business requirements into a custom training plan, organize training implementation and training effectiveness evaluation.
- Analyzes training needs and defines learning objectives
- Encourages discussion, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Gives constructive feedback and encourages continuous improvement.
- Ability to meet Customer Requirement & ISO 9001 certification.
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge about any sport.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
