Job Description

Location: Chantilly,VA

 

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Poly

 

Compensation Range: 90k - 115k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. The organization reserves the right to modify compensation ranges at its discretion.)

Position Summary: Provide acquisition and procurement support services for federal government programs, ensuring compliance with applicable acquisition regulations, policies, and contract requirements.

  • Support acquisition planning, procurement administration, and contract documentation
  • Assist with market research, acquisition strategies, and procurement packages
  • Coordinate with program managers, contracting officers, and stakeholders
  • Track procurement milestones and deliverables
  • Support compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency acquisition policies
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and procurement status updates
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE 
  • Bachelor’s degree with advanced technical or functional expertise
  • 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Federal acquisition lifecycle knowledge
  • FAR/DFARS familiarity
  • Contract administration support
