Job Description:

Position: Procurement  Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Lexington, MA

The responsibilities of the successful candidate are expected to evolve with the needs of the division and individual’s professional development. Initial responsibilities will include:

Duties/ responsibilities:

Looking for someone who is good in dealing with people and has a knowledge of what goes in operations

Experience in a regulated environment but to deal more with the business side

Anything that’s non-scientific in order to keep the business running

Roles include budget work, business review with procurement, meetings with vendors, administrative works, resource level (head counting)

Qualifications:

Experience within the industry (Pharma/Biotech)

Office Tools knowledge- Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint

Good at dealing with people- sort of customer service attitude

Bachelor’s degree- either from the scientific or business field

Doesn’t necessarily need clinical operations experience, just general understanding of regulated environments

Experience with documentation (reviews etc.) could be helpful

Could be anyone coming from scientist roles, finance type of role who moved in the operation sides

Role has some aspects of Project coordinator

Interview process:

Will start with phone screen with HM herself

Candidates that will move forward will have an on-site with HM herself, HM’s direct manager and the director of NCD department
