The role

As our new Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our global ServiceNow Managed Services platform, a critical solution supporting internal and external users across multiple regions. Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, Product Owners, and Product Managers to translate complex business needs into impactful product outcomes. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role for a self-starter who thrives in driving enterprise-scale transformation and delivering seamless customer experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global ServiceNow Managed Services platform, ensuring investments align with business goals while managing the full product lifecycle from concept to continuous optimization 
  • Engage with global stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and drive platform adoption by aligning priorities and managing change across regions and business units 
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, providing them with the clarity, context, and requirements needed to effectively build technical backlogs and drive development sprints 
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream Product Managers to map dependencies and ensure a friction-free, holistic customer journey across the enterprise ecosystem 
  • Work with leadership and technical architects to establish platform governance, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, capacity, and strategic value 

 


What we need to see from you

  • Extensive Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale platforms with minimal supervision 
  • Deep hands-on ServiceNow expertise (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD), with a strong understanding of platform capabilities and limitations 
  • Experience in Managed Services environments, supporting multi-tenant or highly matrixed global organizations 
  • Strategic and operational mindset, able to balance long-term product vision with the technical and business context needed to guide Product Owners 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to align global cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and dependencies across interconnected product lines 
  • Relevant education and certifications in business, technology, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSPO, POPM), and/or ITIL are considered an advantage
