- Work on high-impact systems that support critical government programs
- Be part of a growing company where you can shape both product and engineering culture
- Collaborative, mission-driven team with startup energy
- Opportunity to build and scale a platform from the ground up
We’re growing our Product Operations Analyst team and are looking for talented professionals across a range of experience levels — from early-career analysts ready to grow their skills to experienced Product Operations Analysts who are eager to build a career at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and customer support.
We are hiring at multiple levels. Your title, scope of responsibility, and compensation will be aligned to your experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the needs of the team. Final title and level — which may range from Product Operations Analyst through Lead Product Operations Analyst — will be determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility.
Depending on your experience, the Product Operations Analyst would execute defined operational processes, handle routine support and triage, document issues, maintain accurate case data, coordinate resolutions, and appropriately escalate exceptions. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and program teams to help users succeed and to protect service quality, compliance, and the user experience. At higher levels, you would resolve ambiguous and higher-risk issues, perform root cause analysis, improve workflows and processes, coordinate across operational and technical teams, coach analysts, interact directly with clients, and translate frontline evidence into durable product and process improvements while maintaining clear ownership through to resolution.
You do not need to be an expert in every tool or process we use. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and career growth in Product Operations or related product, operations, implementation, and program roles.
What We're Looking For
We’re interested in candidates at multiple stages of their Product Operations Analyst career. You may be a fit if you bring some combination of:
- U.S. citizenship is required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience in product operations, customer support, product support, implementation support, business operations, technical support, business analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Finance, Public Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes consistently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain issue status and next steps to different audiences.
- Structured problem-solving skills and comfort gathering evidence, testing assumptions, and documenting conclusions.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to distinguish routine work from situations that require escalation or additional guidance.
- Collaborative working style and comfort partnering with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability and willingness to learn new software platforms, case-management tools, reporting tools, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated success resolving ambiguous issues that span users, data, product behavior, controls, and operating processes.
- Strong root-cause analysis and process-improvement skills, with the ability to turn findings into durable corrective action.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify meaningful patterns, and present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and comfort working directly with clients, partners, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Deep expertise designing operational processes, standards, controls, service measures, and escalation models that scale across teams and programs.
- Proven leadership of significant incidents or high-risk client situations requiring cross-functional coordination and executive communication.
- Advanced problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to connect individual cases to broader product, process, data, control, and organizational causes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define metrics, interpret trends, evaluate tradeoffs, and turn evidence into clear decisions.
- Executive-level communication and facilitation skills, with credibility across technical, operational, client, program, and leadership audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority, develop others, resolve competing priorities, and create alignment in ambiguous environments.
- Strong judgment regarding operational risk, security, privacy, compliance, and the controls needed for traceable, defensible outcomes.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with an expectation of working in the office at least three days per week. Candidates who are willing to relocate to the Mechanicsburg area will also be considered.
