Mission of the Role
Own the structure and intent of our product and evolve into a Product Manager driving key product decisions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog and sprint planning
Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
Define flow intent and structure (WHAT & WHY)
Collaborate with UX Designer on flow execution and UI Designer on visual consistency
Drive prioritization and roadmap decisions
Ensure high-quality delivery with engineering
How You Work
Work closely with UX Designer (HOW) and UI Designer (LOOK & FEEL): you define WHAT & WHY, UX defines HOW, UI defines visual execution. Flows are co-created through iteration.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in product, operations, consulting, or startups
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Strong understanding of UX principles and user flows (no need to be a designer)
Ability to simplify complex problems
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and quality
Growth Path
Clear path into Product Manager role with increasing ownership of product decisions and strategy.
