Why You’ll Love This Role:
- You will come to understand the life cycle of parts from donor stage to a finished good and will assist with overall part flow from suppliers and internal resources by preparing work orders and managing production lots.
- Your goal is to ensure smooth and efficient production operations for the downstream value chain in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”
What You’ll Do:
- Disassemble, clean, and assemble parts to prepare for outside processing
- Coordinate and assist outside processing part movement and staging under direction from the Lead
- Work closely with disassembly vendor to ensure timely flow of donor parts
- Create and update work instructions related to preparing parts for outside processing
- Analyze and test parts for quality conformity according to the Engineering Department’s SOP
- Manage inventory levels within MRP and transactions for inventory moves
Who We’re Looking For:
- The desired candidate is an effective communicator and team player with the ability to multitask, follow work instructions, and be adaptable.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of related work experience with automotive parts and/or working in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bonus points if you have technical training in the automotive industry and/or familiarity with Porsche vehicles (early models)
Location & Schedule:
This position is onsite in Carson, CA and the schedule is Monday – Friday 5am – 1:30pm with overtime as needed.

The starting pay range for this position is between $21.00 - 25.00 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
