What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary driving force behind transforming our clients' operations, directly managing software implementations from inception to completion while leading cross-functional matrix teams to deliver high-value business outcomes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.

• Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants

. • Coordinate dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.

• Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.

• Masterfully mitigate project risks while establishing accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.

• Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.

• Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.

• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience within a consulting or professional services ecosystem. • Proven track record managing ERP software implementation projects.

• Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.

• Deep familiarity with the construction industry vertical.

• Proficiency with project management and collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
