Description

The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at The University of Texas at Austin seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/professional track full or part-time positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and availability of funding. Appointments are usually made on a semester-by-semester basis, though sometimes a year-long appointment can be made. Positions are annually renewable, contingent on funding and performance. Salary is dependent on position and qualifications.

Qualifications

Applicants for this position are expected to have a doctoral degree in engineering or equivalent and previous teaching experience is preferred. *In rare instances a Master's Degree with sufficient expertise and experience may qualify.
