GENERAL INFORMATION

We have an immediate need for a Program Analyst to provide analysis of acquisition documentation and project information for a portfolio of projects. The individual will be an integral part of our team's ongoing development efforts.




The individual will be responsible for architectural strategic design and planning, requirements management, design, integration, testing, and sustainment.

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with planning IT projects and managing portfolios of IT projects
Experience with process development and change management
Experience with software development life cycle and software engineering life cycles
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM)
Experience with Management Directive for Test & Evaluation (MD 026) or other Operational Test and Evaluation guidance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience supporting acquisition reviews, milestone reviews, IT review boards, and senior management reviews is preferred
Experience with Cybersecurity technology and projects is preferred
Experience with DHS is preferred
Familiarity with DHS Management Directive 102, DoD 5000, or similar Acquisition guidance is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
