Job description

ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Program Analyst to provide professional program evaluation, resource management, and metrics analysis support to the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Headquarters G4 Logistics section. The successful candidate will monitor, evaluate, and optimize the execution of theater-level logistics programs, budgets, and operational sustainment efforts supporting forces distributed across the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).

This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a SECRET clearance. (Top Secret preferred)

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program Evaluation & Metrics: Analyze G4 logistics program execution data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and mission milestones to measure program effectiveness, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to G4 leadership.
  • Financial Tracking & Resource Management: Monitor and track logistics budget execution, funding allocations, and operational cost data (e.g., funding for theater sustainment contracts, exercises, and equipment maintenance) in coordination with the G8 section.
  • Data Visualization & Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain analytical dashboards, charts, and spreadsheets to synthesize complex logistics and financial data into clear, actionable executive-level reports.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in preparing the G4 input for long-range planning documents, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, and theater sustainment reviews.
  • Audit & Compliance Reporting: Conduct internal operational reviews of logistics programs to ensure compliance with Department of the Army policies, statutory regulations, and fiscal governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related field (equivalent military/federal program analysis experience may be substituted).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience in program analysis, management analysis, or resource management within a DoD, Joint Command, or military service component environment. Experience at a Division, Corps, or Theater Army (ASCC) level is highly preferred.
  • Technical Systems: High proficiency with advanced data tools, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query), Microsoft Power BI, and standard DoD financial systems like the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at the time of application.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methodologies, federal budgeting principles, and DoD logistics programming structures. Exceptional brief-writing and analytical report generation capabilities are required.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages with company contribution. Short-term and long-term disability, alongside company-paid life insurance.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) retirement plan with an immediate company match of up to 4% (100% vested from day one).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of accrued PTO annually, plus 11 paid Federal Holidays.
  • Deployment Differentials: Separate post-differential or hazard pay incentives apply if required to travel or forward-deploy to tactical command posts or exercise areas within the AOR.
