Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level
Role Summary Senior analytical resource responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, identifying risks, and recommending improvements across ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization activities.
Key Responsibilities under ORIS PWS
- Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
- Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations and effectively manipulate data to present program status
- Make recommendations on improving business processes.
- Demonstrate understanding of Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.
- Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance and support development of executive-level metrics and dashboards
- Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
Desired Qualifications:
- Direct experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC
- Experience producing reports for VA senior leadership
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
