Job description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join a dynamic Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) team supporting the Department of the Air Force's Integrated Fires Command and Control (DIFC2) program. The position requires an individual with strong project management skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, team skills and DoD technical project management experience. They will be expected to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short deadlines.
This role requires on-site support in the Reston/Chantilly, VA area.

Job Responsibilities
•    Document/Monitor/Deliver contract CDRLs
•    Identify/Document project processes
•    Maintain project documentation to include org charts and contact pages
•    Ensure compliance with project processes
•    On/Off-Board new SAIC employee, subcontractors and temporary employees
•    Serve as the primary administrative interface with the government
•    Compile/Assemble Monthly Reports and Travel Reports
•    Manage the Travel Approval Process and maintain travel records/forecasts
•    Document and Maintain the Program Risk Register.  Coordinate Risk Reviews.
•    Act as knowledge manager for project team Confluence pages and MS TEAMS sites
•    Perform Technical Editing of contract CDRLs, Presentation Material and other prepared documentation
•    Support Program Team Quality Assurance objectives
•    Assist in program schedule development and maintenance
•    Serve as the Executive Assistant to the PMs
 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI preferred
  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience managing the Travel Approval Process and maintaining travel records/forecasts
  • Experience with program schedule development and maintenance
  • Ability to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short deadlines
