Program Analyst Senior- CCN NG Technology Implementation Focused

Location: Remote

 

Description:

Seeking highly motivated and self-directed Program Analyst Seniors to provide project management and coordination support for the CCN NG technology implementation workstream. These roles partner with VA project managers and business owners to plan, prioritize, and coordinate readiness activities that enable CCN NG technology implementation, including requirements coordination, testing/readiness planning, dependency management, and status reporting. Ideal candidates have experience in complex modernization efforts, multi-team coordination, and federal healthcare environments.

 

These positions are contingent upon contract award.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·  Coordinate CCN NG implementation readiness activities across business and IT stakeholders.

·  Support planning and prioritization of work across multiple CCN NG technology workstreams and integrated teams.

·  Coordinate requirements tracking and change management support (as applicable), ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.

·  Coordinate readiness and business testing activities and ensure dependencies are captured and scheduled.

·  Support status reporting, briefings, and stakeholder communications; ensure risks/issues are tracked and mitigated.

·  Provide schedule inputs to scheduling resources; validate sequencing and dependencies across workstreams.

·  Support Agile/PI planning activities, including backlog grooming support and cross-team coordination to reduce blockers.

 

Required Skills:

·  Strong project coordination and multi-workstream delivery experience in enterprise environments.

·  Proven ability to coordinate across business owners, technical teams, and external partners.

·  Strong problem-solving, risk management, and dependency management skills.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear reporting and meeting outputs.

·  Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

·  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance. 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

·  Experience supporting VA/VHA or other federal healthcare modernization initiatives.

·  Experience supporting systems integration efforts involving multiple applications and stakeholders

 

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

·  5+ years project coordination experience; 3+ years supporting federal healthcare programs preferred.

·  Preferred: Master’s degree, PMP/PgMP, and/or Agile/Scrum certification
