Job description

Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

  • You will work with stakeholders in the development, integration and approval of Acquisition Program Schedule, Master Program Plan, PAPM Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and CPS Baseline Forecast Schedule.
  • You will develop and directs programmatic execution strategies for the Conventional Prompt Strike Master Program Plan and the IMS Management Program to streamline and establish clear program objectives for strategic mission requirements.
  • You will apply NIST Risk Management Framework principles, Data Analysis and Risk Reporting, Internal Controls and Audit Readiness, Data Analysis and Risk Reporting, and Cross-functional change management and/or process improvement.
  • You will conduct situational analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and provide risk informed policy recommendations to senior leadership across CPS and SSP.
  • You will serve as a primary liaison to leadership and external partners, providing technical input for contract structure and requirements, performing technical evaluations of proposals, and supporting the contracting team during negotiations.
  • You will lead the development of a PowerBI dashboard that visualizes Schedule, Risks and audit activities and assess both operational and transformational performance of CPS and the Army’s efforts and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing programmatic execution strategies for a weapons system to ensure alignment with program objectives and/or mission requirements. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business Management & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
