We are looking for a Program Control Manager (PCM) to join our Intel Solutions team to support globally dispersed contracts. Additionally, the PCM will supervise the day-to-day support provided by an assigned team of analysts, as well as, mentor and train the team to be high performing in all aspects of their job.

As a Program Control Manager, you will:
  • perform financial analyses, including revenue, cost, profit and ROS, to help ensure successful program financial execution
  • perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost risks
  • have strong knowledge of other related disciplines like contracts, subcontracts, procurement, pricing, and accounting
  • have strong knowledge of BAE Systems’ business systems, policies and processes
  • foster good relationships with other functions to support the successful financial execution of all programs
  • identify and adopt best practices which will lead to successful program financial execution and cost efficiencies
  • model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security
  • develop tools to help their staff and PMs manage and control program cost performance
  • develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
  • actively support pricing efforts for new and existing programs
  • interact with external and internal customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
  • provide guidance to staff, including technical and professional development
