Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Administrator, plan, organize, coordinate and implement the daily operations and activities of the after school programs; oversee and facilitate enrollment, attendance, notices, calendaring and audits; provide academic and behavioral support for students enrolled in assigned programs; develop and implement academic and enrichment activities for children participating in After School programs; provide leadership, training, guidance and direction to assigned personnel to support the program’s vision for participants; create and maintain necessary records, files, and reports for an assigned program.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years experience working
with children in an educational or organized learning environment. College coursework in
psychology, recreation, child growth and development and education may be substituted for
experience.
- Requirements specified under Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Special qualifications
supported by Title I funds include:
o Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education or,
o Obtained an associate’s or higher degree (college level) or,
o Take and pass the Paraeducator test that is offered at the district office.

Salary Info
Range 34: $26.85-$29.60 per hour (steps 1-3 of a 6 step salary schedule) *Pay Range and Job Description are currently under review and subject to change.
