Status: Part-Time Hourly

Hourly Rate: $28.00
Summary of the Position:
- Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, schools, community partners, youth, and families.
- Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.
- Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and community collaborations
- Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.
Availability: Flexible Schedule; may include evenings and weekends
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development preferred.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
- Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
