Job description

Department: Product

Reports To: Vice President, Product & Strategy

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid), Indianapolis area will also be considered

Overview

At Togetherwork, we set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While our Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally essential, bringing curiosity, precision, and a commitment to excellence to every initiative. We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products that help our customers thrive.

We expect team members to bring strong analytical thinking, operational rigor, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to solve complex problems. Hard work is the norm, not for recognition, but for the greater good of our customers and the long-term health of our company. We embrace innovation, including responsible AI usage, to deepen insight, improve execution, and accelerate impact.

This role reflects those expectations: collaborative, data-informed, customer-centered, and grounded in professionalism and positive intent.

Role Summary

The Program Lead owns the planning, coordination, and execution of Dance Studio Owners Association(DSOA)’s Inner Circle programs; ensuring each initiative is delivered on scope, on schedule, and in service of an exceptional member experience and organizational priorities. This role turns strategic direction into structured, well-run programs, keeping cross-functional work aligned, milestones on track, and stakeholders informed throughout.

The Program Lead also anchors DSOA’s program team, guiding the coaching and curriculum functions and bringing order and momentum to complex, concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires organizational discipline, sound judgment about priorities, and close partnership with Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Operations to deliver programs that are consistent, high quality, and designed to elevate the DSOA member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Keep the member experience at the center of every program decision, ensuring initiatives are designed and delivered with member needs, feedback, and outcomes in mind.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of DSOA’s strategic programs, translating portfolio priorities and member needs into clear plans and deliverables.
  • Break complex initiatives into structured workstreams with defined scope, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies early, and drive resolution before they affect delivery.
  • Ensure programs adhere to organizational policies, standards, and budget parameters.

Program Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across concurrent programs, monitoring milestones and keeping work moving on schedule.
  • Lead and support the Inner Circle program team, including the coaching, events, and curriculum functions, setting clear expectations and helping the team deliver consistently.
  • Manage program logistics, resources, and documentation so delivery stays smooth and repeatable.
  • Partner with Operations and Member Success to ensure programs are executed reliably and deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience from launch through completion.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to optimize program impact, efficiency, and the member experience.
  • Provide regular, clear progress updates that give leadership visibility into status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination, aligning cross-functional partners and contractors around shared goals and timelines.

Performance & Insights

  • Develop and track performance metrics that measure program health, member engagement, satisfaction, and impact.
  • Analyze program results and member feedback to understand the member experience and identify what’s working and where to improve.
  • Embed post-program learning into future planning so each initiative builds on the last.

AI Fluency & Improvement Mindset

  • Use AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, summarize risks, or generate project artifacts.
  • Identify automation or process improvements that accelerate execution.
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement practices across teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a digital or membership-based environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope and budget.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment about competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics and member feedback into program improvements.
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools; comfort evaluating and adopting new tooling.
  • A background in dance or familiarity with the studio world is a welcome plus; however, hands-on membership coaching experience and proven leadership carry greater weight.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate work or improve operational efficiency.

Why This Role Matters

The Program Lead is where DSOA’s strategy becomes reality for members. By planning carefully, coordinating relentlessly, and holding programs to a high standard of execution, this role ensures the initiatives DSOA invests in are delivered with consistency, quality, and impact. When the member experience is strong, members stay, upgrade, and succeed, and that outcome sits squarely with this role.

The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 100% Employer paid short/long term disability
  • 100% employer-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match up to 4%
  • Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability
  • 10 sick days annually
  • 10 company paid holidays
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave
