Job Summary:
- Provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects.
- Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes and products to achieve major innovative improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts.
- Provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory level support for Information Security governance, risk management and compliance processes for the Retail Solutions application development organization.
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, deliverables and gap remediation evidence for PCI and SOX compliance initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including compliance initiatives, quarterly and semi-annual review cycles and vulnerability remediation.
- Assist in the speed to delivery while aligning teams to Information Security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate and build partnerships that will drive the reduction of risk and improve the overall Information Security posture.
- Identify and execute upon opportunities and incorporate process improvements.
- Lead project activities through meeting facilitation, managing scope, managing issues and risks, and communicating progress.
- Assist in internal and external audits as assigned.
- Facilitate and consult in the area of business continuity and disaster recovery planning for application development teams.
- Drive quality standards through Quality Driven Management and support in upholding our ISO 9001:2015 standing.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Familiar with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI, HIPPA, SOC2)
- Knowledge of security & risk frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Experience with application vulnerability management, including scanning and remediation planning
- Familiar with business continuity and disaster recovery planning and tabletop testing
- Familiar with vendor risk management processes and best practice
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of the SAFE Agile framework
- Knowledge of software development and Agile best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills are a must
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
- Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in the use of project management/planning software.
- Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.
- Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Domicile: This position can be domiciled in Collierville, TN (Memphis area), Colorado Springs, CO, Irving, TX, Plano, TX (Dallas area), Orlando, FL, or Coraopolis, PA (Pittsburgh area).
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
