Job description

Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. May telecommute. (385.35906)

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:

 

1. Program and project management including managing and coordinating end to end cloud initiatives, and working with technical and non technical stakeholders;

2. Data and analytic skills including the ability to not only collect and stitch data from various systems, data dimensions and analyze data to make Cloud capacity decisions, including ordering additional capacity;

3. Process design, implementation, and execution;

4. Tooling and technology platform acumen including SQL, Excel, PPT, Word, ticketing systems like JIRA, and IM communication system like slack;

5. Cloud infrastructure;

6. Forecast modelling;

7. End to end supply chain and hardware lifecycle knowledge;

8. Risk management for infrastructure operations; and,

9. Cross functional team engagement and leadership.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
