Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirements
  • Identifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution
  • Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation
  • Scheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish
  • Managing program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholders
  • Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions
  • Allocating resources efficiently to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needs
  • Escalating issues timely for management review and balancing program scope, time, and costs effectively
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $92,922.36 - $153,321.89

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
