Job description

Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides a scalable cloud computing platform to companies globally. Within AWS Enterprise Support, delivers customer
success throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle. Our employees and integrated offerings enable us to combine technology and human expertise to
maximize and accelerate customer outcomes.
We are seeking a Program Manager to own the strategic and operational roadmap of our Workforce Management (WFM) product. This person will run the execution engine: sprint management, stakeholder coordination, delivery tracking, and operational rhythm. They will also bring a sharp eye for automation and AI, constantly identifying which manual processes can be stripped down, automated,
or eliminated entirely. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows when to jump in versus when to build a system that handles it.

Key job responsibilities
This role requires someone who can balance tactical delivery with a forward-looking mindset on AI-driven efficiency. You'll reduce operational drag while
maintaining the quality and reliability of WFM product delivery.
- Own day-to-day program execution for the WFM product: sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across WFM operational processes, reducing manual toil and cycle time,
- Apply AI and generative AI tools to streamline recurring tasks (reporting, data pulls, status aggregation, triage)
- Coordinate across engineering, data, and business teams to keep WFM product delivery on track and unblocked
- Manage competing priorities and shifting requirements with agility; make fast judgment calls on what to pick up, defer, or automate
- Build and maintain operational runbooks, process documentation, and automation playbooks
- Track and report on delivery metrics, surfacing risks and blockers early to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by measuring what's working, cutting what isn't, and proposing AI-augmented workflows where manual effort is high
