We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is deeply integrated into our operations, designed to oversee defense cloud environment portfolios and streamline technical execution. You will act as the primary operational interface and strategic orchestrator, managing customer interactions, reporting, onboarding, and project deliverables to ensure our analysts and engineers can remain focused on technical delivery. The role works closely with government customers, engineering teams, and senior mission leaders to ensure successful delivery of secure software and platform capabilities. If you are passionate about process optimization and managing complex government workloads, we want you on our team!

  • Manage the day-to-day workload and deliverables for complex defense cloud environment portfolios, including the scheduling and delivery pipeline for technical security control assessments (e.g., NIST 800-53), red/purple team activities, and application penetration testing.
  • Coordinate team resources and testing schedules across multiple concurrent projects and enterprise landing zones. Ensure team outputs—including threat models, vulnerability analyses, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts in systems like eMASS—meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain project status tracking and reporting, leveraging enterprise tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace) to organize workflows and prioritize task execution.
  • Conduct final review, provide sign-off, and own the quality of the content for all operational documentation and contract deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing teams and program efforts in government driving positive mission outcomes. Specific experience within defense cloud environments is a strong plus.
  • High-level familiarity with cybersecurity principles, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and vulnerability remediation to effectively translate technical impacts to stakeholders.
