This is how you will grow:
- Program Tracking & Reporting
- Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.
- Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.
- Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- JIRA & Confluence Administration
- Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables.
- Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Communication & Reporting
- Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.
- Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.
This is how you will take us forward:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable information.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
