Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards to share key data with stakeholders.
- Experience scripting in SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in program management, data governance, data management, supply chain management, process improvement, and business communications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
- Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
- Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
