GE Aerospace is a world-leading provider of jet engines, components, and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. We advance aviation technology with a relentless focus on safety, quality, and innovation, helping our customers tackle their most complex challenges while defining the future of flight.

The position is based on-site at GE Aerospace facilities in Cincinnati (Evendale), OH, with additional work location options in Arkansas City, KS and Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB area).

The Program Manager partners across services execution, finance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure performance to contract obligations and to drive program business outcomes.

Role Overview

The Military Contract Performance Manager for F110 Services is accountable for delivering performance to customer obligations while meeting revenue, profit, and cash expectations for assigned service programs. This role owns program budgets and operating plans, integrates and improves processes across the organization, and manages complex issues requiring strong operational judgment and business acumen.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer culture, the ability to evaluate and reconcile incomplete or conflicting information, and the leadership skills to align cross-functional teams toward timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Financial Performance

Own contract performance for assigned F110 services programs, including execution to customer obligations and achievement of revenue, profit, and cash targets. Develop and manage budgets and operating plans, ensuring alignment to program commitments and business expectations. Monitor program performance and drive timely issue identification and resolution, maintaining transparency on risks and recovery actions.

Customer and Contract Management

Serve as the primary liaison with the customer on services program performance, priorities, and issue resolution. Lead or support proposal negotiation and contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts. Keep customers informed with clear status updates, actions, and expected timelines, strengthening trust and customer outcomes.

Operational Leadership and Problem Solving

Lead cross-functional teams to develop creative, executable solutions within complex operational and product support processes. Coordinate with adjacent functions to remove barriers to performance and drive results (delivery, responsiveness, and contractual outcomes). Assess the quality of information received, challenge conflicting inputs, and use multiple internal and external sources to arrive at sound decisions.

Functional and Business Leadership

Provide professional and thought leadership within contract performance management for services programs. Influence policy and ensure execution within the area of responsibility, effectively linking with other parts of the organization to deliver outcomes.

Strategy and Continuous Improvement

Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services. Apply understanding of industry and customer trends to inform decision-making and contribute to services strategy and program planning.

Stakeholder Communication and Leadership Engagement

Lead functional teams and projects of moderate scope, complexity, and risk, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability. Present business and program solutions to senior customer and GE leadership (including Senior Executives and Vice Presidents). Communicate complex topics clearly, using negotiation and influence to align peers, external partners, vendors, and customers.
