Job description

Assertive Professionals is in search of a Program Manager who will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the overall task order and ensure all contractor employees comply with DHS Headquarters OCIO requirements
  • Adhere to, execute and comply with applicable federal, state, and tribunal laws, DHS regulations, mandates, policies, and OCIO directives
  • Use the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) training and expertise to oversee HQ OCIO information technology (IT) projects and support services to include but not limited to:
    • Integration management
    • Human resources management
    • Communications management
    • Risk management
    • Procurement management
    • Quality management
    • Time, scope, and cost management

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including 7 years of program management specialty experience
  • BS/BA degree
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
