Expected pay for this position is $47.47 - $55.84/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the client on behalf of Pointcore Construction. This position will bear responsibility for acting in the client's best interest under an owner's representative model for capital improvement projects at multiple medical centers and medical office buildings. The Program Manager Pointcore Construction will lead, advise, and coordinate specified planning/design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout activities for all assigned projects included in the program agreement.

 

*Hybrid schedule, requiring in office 2-3 days per week, depending on dept needs*


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience serving in healthcare construction project management, facilities management, owner’s representative, and/or client management role.
  • Licensure/Certification: Active state driver's license

  • Demonstrated progressive leadership success with a strong commitment to the virtues of servant leadership.
  • Strong business, finance, and operations acumen.
  • Exemplary presentation, communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of current healthcare programming, planning, design, and construction processes.
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery operational considerations in both the inpatient and ambulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and maintaining relationships through successful project delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate and work within integrated project teams.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 10 years’ experience serving in healthcare construction project management, facilities management, owner’s representative, and/or client management role.
  • Licensure/Certification: Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
