The Connection Systems team is seeking a Program Manager Supervisor for High Speed Cable Assemblies (HSCA) to ensure successful launch of all cable assemblies projects. The position will be report directly to the NA Manager of Program Management. The successful candidate will lead a team of direct report Program Managers across multiple locations. This team will be responsible to ensure all new HSCA projects are flawlessly launched - per customer expectations and internal metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage multiple programs with a team of program managers in accordance with established Aptiv Operating Systems.

Track and report program status including high level management reviews.

Ensure all HSCA projects are flawlessly launched.

Keep all projects within the approved budget while properly forecasting capital spending.

Assure project timing is met as defined by customers/leadership.

Manage program risk activities; escalate issues as required.
