The Connection Systems team is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead post production change management & manufacturing initiatives. The position will be reporting to the NA Manager of DCS Program Management. The successful candidate will coordinate all post production (flow 5) change management with Plant PM's throughout NA manufacturing locations to ensure projects are on time and within budget. The manager will ensure team members follow Aptiv process and that escalation of project concerns are brought in front of leadership as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage multiple programs / projects in accordance with established Aptiv Operating Systems.
Track and report program status including high level management reviews.
Coordinate flow 5 program managers and the cross-functional teams that support their initiatives.
Assure project timing is met as defined by leadership.
Monitor project spending to within an approved budget.
Manage program risk activities; escalate issues in a timely fashion
