What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Coordinate project activities across teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment with program timelines and deliverables
Manage RAID log, follow up on open items with stakeholders to ensure proper decisions are made timely and risks are mitigated.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status documentation using project management tools
Create and manage tracking documents, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and action item tracking
Create and distribute weekly/biweekly status reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Support project leads with administrative tasks: document management, scheduling, resource coordination, and shared workspace organization
Manage project communications to stakeholders at varying levels; escalate blockers and risks proactively
Track deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone completions against project baselines
Support change management processes and documentation as directed
Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies
What You Should Have to Qualify
5-7 years of program management, program coordination, or related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in parall
Ability to travel up to 50%
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Google Workspace collaboration tools
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
Bachelor’s degree preferred
PMP is a plus

Stakeholders have clear visibility into status and blockers through well-organized, accessible documentation
Tracking documents and dashboards are current, accurate, and easy to navigate
Action items are tracked and closed; risks are surfaced early
